Why the guy behind PP isnt buying on the open market?

Sure, if I were him and want to have a bigger stake in the company, I would be buying crapload of shares  via normal stock market for less then trying to add via PP.  Or If I wanted to own most of the company, I would do both things....buy via PP and then buy everything under 1 buck anyway.

you never know what the next man is thinking.  I'd be doing both thats for sure.   Adding on all the dips.. and PP if i have the Moula.. Honestly.. Love this management.. their releases are clutch..  kind of forces you to keep some shares... cause at this point Management will release news anytime from 7am -430pm lol.   Im buying more tomorrow... and if we touch

I don't think you have a grasp on how purchasing that many shares on open market would do. Plus Warrants are huge. Both sides come out well.
