All my stocks are down today; except one... It appears that most investors are anticipating good news from the Annual Report coming out at the end of this week.

The Annual Report will cover the period up to August 31; the MDA (Management Discussion & Analysis will tell us what has occured since then... Plus the plans going forward...

I patiently await.

Historically this report has come at the end of December. I believe stocks on the venture are given 120 days.

Agreed. Annual report comes out near end of December. The annual report needs to be audited which explains the longer period between filings. The good news is that we basically get back to back financial reports, end of December and end of January!

You may "sort of" be correct; however I went through the Press Releases section of the company website. On October 31, 2019 they announced the Annual General Meeting results. On December 31st, 2019 they announced the 4th quarter plus year end results - which includes the 2020 1st quarter results... Not splitting hairs; just highlighting that the fiscal year has finished. Oops, appears you are right Gord_Alberta. Yearly results were reviewed at the last year's shareholder meeting. See screenshot of the AGM meeting notice below. Does anyone know how you get a copy of the results for the meeting? Do they email them to shareholders who attend? It seems like the official audited reports are not published until end of December. Thanks

So i guess what this means is that we can see the full year results on December 14th, 2020 which is the data of the Annual General meeting this year.
