How does this go from a PP at 1.00-1.05 to 50-60 cents in a flash? If one believes all was above board, which personally I do, then one possible explanation is that the invester(s) are in the process of buying up the company, maybe Jan 1, That, if a possibility, allowsDoug to continue with the new partner, semi-retirement, someone sais he's 60, and for his own legacy to move forward. WONDER! Got slautered like a baby lamb with the PP on paper, still believe everything is really good, NRs are being held back, but we really are in the dark, maybe exactly where they want us to be, perplexed, NO more miscues please and thanx in advance, WHAT PRICE IS THE RIGHT PRICE FOR A BUYOUT at this point in time? GLTA! This is bigger than GSI IMHO!

Stock is being punished for a failed PP. In addition to no updates on contracts. If Doug was in talks of a takeover, that is a material event that should be disclosed. Unlikely anything is going on.

Ciao, don't think that is what's taking place here. Don't forget that the SP jumped about .20 cents on news of the financing, so there was a lot of shares traded north of .80 cents and climbing the latter to the high of .99 cents. Nothing more than tax loss selling in my humble opinion, the failed or delayed P.P. has caused many to jump ship.  Long term thinkers will stay put for
