That was quick
After posting a 2021 target price of $1.35 only yesterday, I am forced to upgrade already (that is good).
New $2 million contract. No indication of how the money would be spread so assuming for now spread even, giving us 8 months of fiscal 2021 or approximately 670K. Profit margins of 36% gives us about 240K gross profit and I’m estimating +/- 90k net income (could be little more or less on this product).
For now that gives us an extra 3.5 cents/share until we see how the money is distributed. Potential annual revenue is quickly closing in on that 30 million milestone, so my new 2021 target has increased to $1.40.

Probably because of all the short squezes going on that traders are not interested in this or others. I have a gold miner that popped on no news (Ibelieve and no PR as yet) to more than double and now back down again. Everyone wants to stick it to the Hedge funds.

Why should it? A $2M contract over 2 years and any implications thereof will not push the market cap up $7M in a day.
