nice to see a new data / PaaS contract and a new customer. 01Jul seems to be a bit odd since school is out. Is that when the new data center is fully operational or maybe the start of the school boards next budget cycle? Or possibly when the installs are completed and the MDC's are lit up. Well done regardless. We were overdue for a contract.

There are 25000 school buses in California and given that there are 977 school districts, that is on average 26 buses per district, so at 120 buses, this is great as it is one of the larger school districts. Also noted in the NR as well, this is another district embracing PaaS and GSI is in 36% of the school districts. We'll need more data points to determine the trajectory for the adaptation

This contract appears to be for existing buses. The significant wording I pick up from this P/R ,is that not only is the bus company buying the intial equipment, ''they are in a position of going to  LAYER ON '' ,after the initial install.  That would be buying  the MDC's program for continual re-occur rev's. --- So ,add 120 active MDC's to the 1000 and rising  as the re-occur rev's start to
