TTC Congestion Management / ALE

Don't know whatever happened to the TTC trial that GSI was involved with a few years ago, but their tech looks like a shoo-in, esp. being a CDN company. Recent attention was given to this and the use of AI tech to help with congestion. ALE is mentioned below, interesting links (those that work) as well.

We need some transparency on the outcome of the trial unless of course NDA prevents it.
