Waiting for environmental approval

I believe nothing has been finalized due to environmental approval still to come. If it is not in by Aug 31 the parties can extend the deadline if mutually accepted. Typical of government and the summer session take their sweet time. OR SOMETHING ELSE IS IN THE WORKS!
