It is really a tough environment out there to raise capital right now for juniors.

It took a bit of digging, but I wanted to confirm my recollection of the KfW - Ipex Debt Financing was accurate. There is very little public info regarding that conditional committment letter expiration available unless you dig through financials.

As of this writing, the binding conditional commitment letter from KfW-Ipex Bank and Socit Gnrale has formally expired.
