Treading water continues

Interesting to watch the money managers walk this down just before the stock opened.  Those two
latest interviews with Ferguson were interesting, but we really need some mainstream PR and looks
like we are not going to get it until the next round of financing is complete.   Only other explanation for
selling is large shareholders and accredited investors hedging their bets.  Don't think it is general retail.
Does not make any sense for a few pennies. Would be shooting themselves in the foot.   Most of them
I think are long time, believe in the story and will hold on to see how this first module develops.  I think
for the posters here, looks like most are not into a lot of stocks and have locked in on Gensource.
Looks at the posting history, all Gensource except for one or two.

I'm guessing they are keeping it down to price the equity financing, no real other reason for the selling...retail investors trading is insignificant in the overall picture...

Twiggy, I don’t think characterizing investors of being a one trick pony is accurate,  I’ll use myself as an example.  I hold quite a few  dividend bearing, very blue chip stock, The Bank of Nova Scotia, Enbridge, Trans Canada Energy are just a few of mine that are very blue, the rest are as well.  This truly is the best and most responsible way to invest imo.   Gensource ...more

I think anyone who doesn't hold shares but wants to get in now should take advantage of the shares being held down for the equity financing nd should get in now asap...once the financing is priced and taken down the shares will no longer be here...just IMHO

Sw, hope your right, but some will want to wait and see what the financing looks like.  If it is some creative punch that does not delute, the stock should move up quickly.  If the raise is lower than the price now not so much.  I would bet the population of buyers mainly come from Saskatchewan or know friends from Sask.  If Gensource could promote so as to tap investors in ...more

Didn't mean to insult anyone,  Was talking about your typical Vancouver exhange stock which in most cases are riskly.  This is where you get posting on chat boards by players trying to influence the price. Not much sense to post on the big blue stocks as you know most will do ok in the long run.  Banks should be a great buy when interest rates starting to move. I cleaned house ...more

actually Twiggy banks are a bad buy with interest rates rising...they make their profit on the rate spread...pay 2%...charge 4%....the higher the rates the less consumers borrow....banks make their most profits when rates are low and people borrow and make their payments with ease...worst things for bank shares are high rates...people borrow less and defaults, bad debts, bankrupcies happen....
