Hmm, the loan is at 12% - interesting.  12% is still high but the previous loan was at a blood sucking 18%.  Maybe they are making Meirong Yuan play nice. 18 days and counting.

I've honestly never seen a company that has this hard of a time to get any money from the public markets. Honestly, they might have better luck getting public money as a private company. Well, not so much a surprise, as he already has lots of personal skin in the game, and it would be death by a thousand cuts to bury in unreasonable debt the company of which he is a significant shareholder and director.
