my argument is that with respect to resource estimates there is no deadline (word constantly used here). there is an estimate. and i do belive the following: given the lack of information and updates and cancelled meetings, i hope that they are putting something together that makes investing in this information vacuum worthwhile.
on another topic, and very curious about other's opinions, how does Qatar buy 49% of AUX without an incredibly high confidende level in the GWY/AUX fraction issue being resolved? i think the answer is they either have an agreement or near agreement in place to buy them or, god forbid, that the colombian government simlpy gives them to AUX. i sure hope that it's option #1.
