Last NR suggested estimate around the end of quarter. This is the only week left in this quarter. In my opinion, the news of resource estimate would be accompanied by an offer (Cali or Cali + Vetas) & spin off of other assets.

No kidding.  GWY has missed every deadline for the past number of years.  No reason to expect this one to be any different.  While the resource estimate could be released tomorrow, the middle to end of July is more likely.  And, as pointed out, the SP is telling us that the resource estimate and buyout offer is not coming any time soon.

Right, we all don't get it.  GWY consistently misses deadlines as anyone who has waited for drill results over the last 3 years knows too well.  Also, this is the same managment that missed payment for lands that we now lost.  Did you get it?  Did analysts get it?  Maybe, but managment didn't and now we don't have that land.  Apologists will argue that

The only "non-apocalyptic" resolution to the GWY/AUX fraction issue is for AUX to purchase from GWY anything from  those lands to the whole company.  Forget the gold that those land fractions hold, just the additional capex and opex to AUX would justify buying GWY at these low prices.  Imagine being a mine engineer and asked to design a mine without crossing, or getting

It sounds like many in here really do not understand the sequence of such deal.   GWY management can't announce any until the buyers deal is done, then they can announce the deal with GWY.   Good day all

melone - by buyer's deal, I assume you mean the AUX sale to Qatar? Do you know what the timeline is for that?

melone you seem quite confident that there is some deal in the offing. Do you actually know of anything that would confirm this or are you just an eternal optimist that will follow this all the way to the grave harping about some upcoming deal. There has been absolutely nothing in the free press to suggest anyone is even talking and the share and price action suggests just the opposite -- like

I thought I had directed it at management. Also re your statement above, I have been a shareholder in CNE for a number of years. Have never sold any of my shares (possibly regrettably),

oops! sleeping at the switch here. Meant to say I have been a shareholder in GWY for a number of years. That would make it for the right board but I could probably use the same statements for CNE which I'm also in and wondering why at this point in time.

Pandora: Sorry if I misunderstand that part of your post, also I need to let you know management sometimes areobliged to follow a certain circumstances.   Also, I I know there are some in here are paid higher price of their life savings and kids school funds to make them some more money helping them in their futures and after some  Negative posts some they ran and sold with losses.
