Schiff - If someone like EB or RB wanted to keep a steady accumulation of share strictly confidential, through a proxy say, how feasible would this be?

Very feasible up until you hit 10%.  From my knowledge he is below 10% (8.6%).  His goal is not necesarily to accumulate, it's to accumulate and drive down.    Judging by the action of CBJ today, I do believe Beaty is acting through BMO and Anon.  My conclusions come from about 6 months of following the trends in that stock and seeing some very odd trades from BMO

I would consider Beaty a seller and Batista a buyer in general terms. I don't believe that they would compete for the Vetas projects...............Beaty likes to get into a Company early and reap the buyout benefits.
