AUX owns 8.39% interest in GWM
Much has been said about Eike Batista's interest in Galway Gold....but do not forget he also owns a 8.39% interest in Galway Metals (GWM)...not enough for insider status, but a good amount. From: Link: p.29 - https://www.galwayresources.com/i/pdf/2012-12-17_SM_Circular.pdf
An affiliate of AUX owns 12,356,200 Galway Shares or approximately 9.1% of the issued and outstanding
Galway Shares. Following the completion of the Arrangement, AUX and its affiliates will own 100% of Galway, approximately 8.39% of Galway Metals and approximately 17.55% of Galway Gold.
