Financing has gotten extremely tough so this stock will stay HALTED until the financing situation becomes better or they finally documentation to the authorities. I think this stock is never coming ...more

You have an agreement. Halt will be lifted once GYA fullfills their obligation to the exchange. This may mean fees or submission of financials.
