I missed the news release that stated they had the money, can you prove the money has actually been delivered?
Comment by Drewapicture on Jul 18, 2020 1:05pm
As far as I can tell there is no money yet, correct me if I am wrong. TLDR "Guyana Goldstrike (GYA) agreed to purchase Romanex Guyana Exploration Ltd. ("Romanex") (which ownes the rights to the Marudi Gold Project) with payments and shares over 36 months starting march 2017. GYA stoped payments in march 2020 so romanex terminated the purchase agreement. The money was to ...more

I think everything has been extended if I am reading the following notice right. The Investor's desire and intent is to complete the payments and the Investor is confident that the extension will provide sufficient time to allow the global pandemic to subside. Further, the Company is confident the dispute surrounding control of the Project, and Romanex Guyana Exploration Ltd.("Romanex ...more

They are out of the Romanex deal....you guys buyin' pie in the sky and insiders stock.
Comment by Pump-it-Up on Jul 18, 2020 1:53pm
I think GYA has a Force Majeure in effect and all will be settled once payment is made. A "force majeure" clause (French for "superior force") is a contract provision that relieves the parties from performing their contractual obligations when certain circumstances beyond their control arise, making performance inadvisable, commercially impracticable, illegal ...more

So GYA will inherit the mining licence from Romanex, or they will have to apply for new one ?
Comment by Juniorobserver on Jul 19, 2020 9:04pm
Neither.....they have to complete purchase but as you can see by the NR's this year they are on the outside looking in.    This MetalStream is a wing and a prayer and if they cannot satisfy the owners of Romanex they will not be successful.

The only people who know the truth are the BOD and Insiders of both GYA & Metalstream. Where's Stooge he usually is all over this board bashing everything he reads. There's a short mafia out there and they love to short against companies that have voume and price increases, they do it all the time, that's how they make money and take it from you. The key is to find errors, or ...more

"Do you own DD don't listen to any the Bull on the Bullboards" I couldn't agree more. IIROC reports the current Consolidated Short Positions here: https://www.iiroc.ca/industry/marketmonitoringanalysis/Pages/consolidated-short-position-report.aspx From the current report, Guyana Goldstrike Inc GYA, has total shorts of 4,862 shares out of a total of 58.45 million shares ...more

Ths is not a short.....it is a terrible stock manipulation and GYA has nothing.    Nothing at all.

so essentially you are hedging your bets that you are right. Based on a 50/50 chance, the stock is either good or bad, you choose bad on nothing other then stock manipulation. You could do the reverse and pump it based on the fact that gold prices are up. Both are not based on anything other than emotions. I am no genius, this stock is a chance, but looks interesting. That is all I got.

well the "Force Majeure"  that was agreed to by both parties was to be in effect until July 14th,a 3 month delay, now they claim to be delayed by the bank. and the news release states that the first tranche ( $2,000,000) will come AFTER  July 15th. so now as I see it there is no longer a timeline.  It has been  4 days and not a word,.Stall tactics mean no deal, no ...more

Has anybody taken the trouble to read the NR's since Jan 2020????.....GYA has been served with termination of Agreement papers from the property owners because they ran out of money in 2019 April.      For the persons talking about a 10 bagger.....you should tone it down to a "0" bagger.   Good tax loss stock.
Comment by Juniorobserver on Jul 19, 2020 4:23pm
GYA was in default since 2017 and served notice of Default in Dec 2019 triggering a remediation period which of course GYA could not meet the deadlines.       They declared force majeure AFTER all the notices of default and termination were served.   Also all the defaults occured before the world heard the word COVID or knew it would impact everything.   ...more

What if the principles of Romanex say "no we have moved on".?   What if the principles of GYA take the 2.0 US and just pay down their debt which exceeds 2.0 USD at this point?      Anybody buying this stock is betting on something as high a risk as it gets.
