With support from Fisheries and Oceans Canada AND Natural Resources Canada CEAA must be 90 percent close to issuing the permit. Once received I believe Petronas will listen very hard to First Nation concerns during the 30 day public opinion period and address concerns professionally.......meaning not try to pay them off.
