It is not positive that is for sure,but not entirely negative regards Pacific NorthWest LNG.
I still expect a FID from Pacific NorthWest although it may be later than sooner. Reason for this being the multi millions they have invested in securing their natural gas reserves. They are producing both gas and oil and have their feeder pipeline system into the main line system.(to best of my knowledge).
