and I came across an article in Energetic City, written on Dec. 28, 2016 saying "two people familiar with the negotiating" have said" Pacific Northwest would go forward as planned with the liquefaction plant on Lelu Island. However the docking facilities would be moved to neighbouring Ridley Island".
The article also stated that Petronas and its partners are anticipated to decide whether or not to proceed with the project "early next year"...... Might March or April contain D day!
I wonder why they initiated that NEW training program?
