2021 Financial Results - Unaudited ?

I have 5 questions for Raj and team. I hope they answer them...

Question 1) With plenty of time since October 2021 - why are the financials Unaudited?

Question 2) Did the GP drop by 2% to 33% Q4 & 35% annually just to compete in the market?

Question 3) What changes in the structure of the business caused the "Operating Expenses" to                                      increase by 150% and 164% respectively, and what actions are being taken to address this.

Question 4) If all the aquisitions have been accretive in nature, then explain the increase in "O-Exp" %

Question 5) From the $150.5 million revenue in Canada, what was the contribution by Brick & Mortar                           stores and what was the average NPAT, what was the Highest and Lowest & where?

See where to go from here !!!

PS340 you seem less bullish on this stock than you used to be.  They will have audited results by monday, they have 120 days to finalize their results... these came out in less than 90 days.  Operating expenses will go up as the company grows(how many new stores opened this year? and things like construction and labour are skyrocketting).  Gross profit is shinking everywhere in the ...more

Paradini, I am quite disappointed in the dramatic share drop. Even with such great numbers and all the firsts High Tide has - the share price has not shored up. In fact it is driftinting down continuously every day and, with every positive NR. Not as Bullish you say - hell no, I am Pi$$ed off and would love to see some kind of support instead of allowing such drastic manipulation. My hard earned ...more

Not to worry. Q1 2022, over 70M revenue, targetting over 300M annual run rate. Patience people. Q1 ends in a few days. Buy down here and wait a year. You could see a double indeed.

In an ideal world the sp of a company should reflect it's real value however that's not the case with most stocks these days...stock market can be extremely irrational and if you look around you'll find 100's of examples across the spectrum...some extremely overvalued and a few deeply undervalued...I dont think there is a lot that Raj/team can do to influence it but perform ...more

I get it,  I bought HITI from the beginning, i started at 0ver 50 cents... it dropped to under 15 cents,  i kept adding and adding. (I sold before HITI hit it's all time highs)  I believe that HITI is near or has just hit it's bottom(Now I am ready to see this beast grow again), numbers are good, they just are a little over leveraged with debt.  Fierce competition, and ...more
