initial volumes at a competitive higher price (est $300 or thereabouts may have been mentioned) but he has also stated numerous times that they have run their business case at much lower prices to ensure they will still have high margins when the silicon price drops. This will further drive demand as the EV manufacturers drop their EV price driving a spike in demand for EV's. This increase in demand will quickly work its way back through the value chain, including silicon. Overall silicon demand will spike up rapidly over the fews years IMO, and HPQ is exceptionally placed to take advantage.
