RE:Insiders 🙄you're reading FAR, FAR too much into it... so what?...
so people are never allowed to sell their shares in HPQ -- EVER?... is this the Hotel California or something???
btw, "Richard Mimeau" sold 400,000 shares or 72% of his holdings back on July 20th -- at a price of $0.36 --
guess that wasn't so smart was it? what a major mistake he made and yesterday, he sold 30,000 shares at $0.78... so what?... that's only $23K!!!... it means nothing... and now he holds only 125,750 shares... holy moly, I personally hold far more shares than that, and ain't selling, in fact I've been BUYING
in my experiance,
following insider selling can be a HUGE mistake, especially with companies like HPQ where there can be several insiders who hold a LOT of shares, and they regularly sell some off, sometimes even according to a pre-set schedule... so what?... they will continue to do so, so you need to get over it... it doesn't mean they don't like the company... they often sell for reasons that you can't imagine
and often,
insiders make some of the biggest mistakes I've ever seen in terms of selling at the wrong time, ie., too early
my take:
you need to
THINK FOR YOURSELF, and STOP WATCHING what others are doing... if you react to that, I guarantee you will probably make bad trades -- and lose money

But when I see 2 insiders selling Tuesday at . 74 and . 78 While HPQ is supposed to be ready to launch some great news, I find that these 2 insiders are sending us a very bad message and it’s turning me off big fu**ing time!!!!!
