Insiders 🙄

I am neither a basher or a pumper. I am an investor and I have a lot of money invested in HPQ. I didn’t sell anything despite the sharp rise on Tuesday. But when I see 2 insiders selling Tuesday at . 74 and . 78 While HPQ is supposed to be ready to launch some great news, I find that these 2 insiders are sending us a very bad message and it’s turning me off big fu**ing time!!!!!

So you are not happy we bounced off the 50 fib (67c) today? For all we know those insiders had plans to sell them prior to xmas shopping? I would think that today was mainly shorters seeing weakness in the bids and taking advantage from a higher price point, when the news comes they will cover and we should see acceleration past or near 87c, I accumulated more of a position today once the 50 fib ...more

One of the two was regularly making stock trades. The other, you'd almost think that maybe is going to leave the company, or is exercising some type of restricted stock option compensation. In total, they sold off 50,000 shares total for 0.74 and 0.78 CAD. 50,000 inside shares traded off on a day with a volume of 5,300,000. It's insignificant.  These could also be scheduled ...more

yes i think people forget the volume on dec 1 was with no catalyst other than shorts realizing something is coming soon and to get out of dodge

you're reading FAR, FAR too much into it... so what?... so people are never allowed to sell their shares in HPQ -- EVER?... is this the Hotel California or something??? btw, "Richard Mimeau" sold 400,000 shares or 72% of his holdings back on July 20th -- at a price of $0.36 -- guess that wasn't so smart was it? what a major mistake he made and yesterday, he sold 30 ...more

This is actaully disinformation. He sold 400,000 STOCK OPTIONS not OUTSTANDING COMMON SHARES.

sorry, but I DON'T AGREE with what you're saying... I've looked up the records (on INK Research), and seems that he: Jul-8-2020: excercised 425,000 options at strike price of 0.07 (stock was trading at 0.30-0.42 that day) Jul-8-2020: thereby added 425,000 shares to his existing holdings (revised total holdings = 555,750 shares... shares, not options) Jul-20-2020: sold 400,000 ...more

My point was that he exercised stock options to get his shares, he didn't sell outstanding common stock. A techncality but an important one. I actually agree with you. I disagree with the other dudes who are saying the fact that the insiders are selling stock/exercising options doesn't mean anything. I don't know when the options would expire, I don't know their personal ...more

Just want to chime in on the July 8 exercising on options...significant taxes are payable.  CRA tax on stock options: Under CRA rules when a stock option is exercised it triggers a taxable benefit which is equal to the difference between the exercise price and market value of the shares which is pegged as the previous last trading day closing price. You can NOT postpone the timing of tax ...more

Yes they been selling into the rise and it makes be wonder too. Cause if it's so good why sell. Maybe they know this company is over valued at 150 million with 0 contracts yet and 0 income. It's hard to put a value on this until i see earnings. Been saying that for a while now.
Comment by DanielHPQ on Dec 03, 2020 7:12pm
Appanrently making recurring similar stock sales, as opposed to dumping stock all at once = "Selling into the Rise"... Go figure. In all seriousness, This guy clearly doesn't know what's he's talking about and it's just trying to scare people. A major automanufacterer approached HPQ on it's own and ended up pre-ordering. If This company is over-valued then All EV ...more

ya you made up a few points there. 1) i have brough up insider selling before. So ya your wrong. Yes they have a 'deal' for an order and didn't say how much money that deal is worth. I have been saying the same stuff for a while. it's hard to value this company until there are #'s. it's speculation right now. Speculation the deal is with tesla. Speculation they will make ...more

1. According to their financial statements, it doesn't seem like their employees are raking in much salary directly as the year end employe salaries and benefits expense amount is quite low, and there financial discusses the stock based payment plan.  Which gives strength to the notion that insiders are regularlly selling their shares at certain intervals to make up for the lack of ...more

Just 2 reasons for her to sell (Drapeau): 1 - to pay her taxes and mortgage. 2 - One in the hand is better than 2 in the bush. Do not read more than that. It is not a speculator's transaction, it is just an accountant transaction. Stop the rumors.

Anyway there's still 8.09% of the stocks owned by insiders... Nothing to worry about.

Also remember that PyroGenesis owns approximately 25 million shares and 27 million warrants in HPQ Silicon.  From PyroGenesis' Q3 financial statements: Shares in HPQ Silicon:  25,074,200 Warrants in HPQ:  27,344,600 Great to see that PyroGenesis has such a vested interest in HPQ Silicon/PUREVAP.  For PyroGenesis to invest so much of their own funds into HPQ ...more

Relax on the Insider sales, Drapeau's sell was irrelevant at only 4% of his holdings, just some Christmas gifts for the family

This has been an interesting trading stock. The recent fast rise of 35% + on no news was sort of shocking, and I have seen other stocks halted on less. Hopefully you all understand how Shorters work, they drive up a SP fast especially end of day, and then put in their short positions. It has been done a few times already on this stock. They will then work it back down with patience and then cover. ...more

Great Points. That goes throughy my mind, as well. Silicone Global Market I "Believe" is 15-20 Billion now. With the EV/Battery Storage/Etc growth factored into the future, Some speculate it is grow at 23% a year till it hits $95 billion in 2026.  10% of that market is 9 Billion = $30 a share. In a perfect world lol https://www.alliedmarketresearch.com/silicones-market

I get what you are saying but you are disregarding the fact that the project is executed by Pyrogenesis, who's credibilty cannot be questionned. Vetted by US Navy and had multiple lab to production successes, I have no worries that they will achieve their goal.
