RE:RE:RE:RE:Insiders 🙄 1. According to their financial statements, it doesn't seem like their employees are raking in much salary directly as the year end employe salaries and benefits expense amount is quite low, and there financial discusses the stock based payment plan.
Which gives strength to the notion that insiders are regularlly selling their shares at certain intervals to make up for the lack of income they are getting directly in a pre-revenue business.

So your whole claim to fame that [paraphrased] Omg insider selling not buying = bad, isn't as a valid as you might think it is, as a telltale sign.
2. Yes it is hard to value a pre-revenue company, however we've tested new ATHs, and resisted what appears to be a recent low volume bear interest to drive down the share price. The fact that we did not dipe in the low $0.4Xs USD is a very good sign. The share price dip recovered and based on recent developments seems like it will recover fully soon.
2* But no one ever thought it easy to value a pre-revenue company. This concept of pre-revenue is already baked into the stock price.
The reason I mentioned the fact that if this share price is overvalued, then all EV stocks are overvalued, is because it's true. It doesn't have to be TESLA. In fact I don't think I said Tesla recently, and genuinely have no clue and also don't care what manufacturer it is. In terms of speculation, I think the share price is well justified, and no matter what the car manufacturer is, everyone in the EV, FCEV, and Solar industry is going to want a piece of HPQ.V soon enough.

Yes they have a 'deal' for an order and didn't say how much money that deal is worth.
I have been saying the same stuff for a while. it's hard to value this company until there are #'s. it's speculation right now.
Speculation the deal is with tesla.
Speculation they will make lots of money.
There is no EARNINGS to put a proper value on. Telsa DOES have earnings so yes you can put a value on them. (elon also said his stock was a bit too high if you looked at the last news.
also i didn't say sell or buy. I said it's not a great sign when insiders are selling. IT looks way better when they are buying...
DanielHPQ wrote: Appanrently making recurring similar stock sales, as opposed to dumping stock all at once = "Selling into the Rise"... Go figure. In all seriousness, This guy clearly doesn't know what's he's talking about and it's just trying to scare people. A major automanufacterer approached HPQ on it's own and ended up pre-ordering. If This company is over-valued then All EV stocks with ridicolously high PE ratios are over-valued (hint they're not).
People are talking about the webinar on the 9th and you're going into overdrive to further drive this insider-selling is bad push; when the reality is it's just a normal part of any listed company. where were you guys months ago when they were "selling into the rise" ? You weren't saying it then, but you're saying it now?
We totally believe you. I better go dumb my shares because pennymaker said the insiders are dumping their shares!!! he must be right!
pennymaker69 wrote: Yes they been selling into the rise and it makes be wonder too. Cause if it's so good why sell. Maybe they know this company is over valued at 150 million with 0 contracts yet and 0 income.
It's hard to put a value on this until i see earnings. Been saying that for a while now.
