Sorry to ask, but can someone explain what comissioning means in regard to the Gen 3. I've read the news release and watched the interview and i still don't understand. Is the reactor finished and ready spit out material or are they still putting it together? We are not going to find out that a month from now that the cord to plug into the wall socket was to short and are waiting for an extension cord. I'm only asking is because our spare price only went up 2 cents. i thought this was suppose to be great news.
