This is not funny, but if someone wanted to really start poking fun at all of their communication....

On the bright side, whoever was paying for the external lab testing should be saving a lots of money if this and all other testing equipment adds up to thousands of dollars.
I get the reason for having this type of equipment they want to do in house testing to speed up the overall testing and retesting process i just hope this setup is as accurate as they think it is.  A few grand is not a lot of money to spend on this sort of thing given what its testing.  Like i said i would have expected a high end analyzer which im sure are out there.
