If you had a stock go 10x and you had warrants that you could purchases would you sell? Maybe go buy a house for your family or a new car or finally have enough financing to fund whatever your dream is? This is normal.

That much insider selling isn't 'normal'. I see peter smith selling. He is a director and for those who don't know he was ceo of Fancamp until a week ago. Fancamp owned a ton of hpq warrants as of their last quarterly report. The new report is due by month end. Smells like a bit of back room smoke wafting out from under the door.

YES, it is quite normal, nothing out of the ordinary, Mr. Max, you are quite a piece of work here posting info that for a Newbe might be scary. If he was dumping 20-30% of his holdings, I would be really concerned, if he sells some of his shares for thousands of dollars, I call it a payout for his work. I have been there and done that too. Stop this shhit please.

Smith exercised warrants on July 9 giving him 300000 shares at .12 and leaving him with 500k he's yet to exercise. There are a million reasons to sell in this world. In a good small company(such as HPQ, for example), often times the monetary compensation of the directors is kept low for operating reasons, while they are given an incentive to perform and earn more by using warrants, options, and other forms of stock in the company.  Just because you and I might not have a mortgage to pay off, a sick

I find that most often, INSIDER SELLING means nothing... so many times I see insiders selling -- just before a stock takes off big time (example a few weeks before, sometimes even days)... not sure why, because you think they would know "everything" and the inside story, but no, they sell too soon, and sometimes FAR too soon... of course, they often still hold some shares, so maybe
