@RustyNut Fascinating article about the silicon oxidation process used in ebh2. Two things stood out. 10 nm silicon was the ‘goal’ size. 100 nm was mentioned, but not as efficient. Since it’s from 2013, they said one thing that will have to be overcome is a large scale energy efficient method of producing nanosilicon. We know what that is.
