It is my understaning that notice of  arbitration  rulings are sent a week in advance so the company would have known last Tuesday that the arbitration court would disclose its ruling to the ...more

I think the early action on Friday was Boris.500K at .11cents. I could be wrong. But it is strange that we didnt plunge with transaction that large at market. Good sign.

What are your thoughts on how much we need to win here for a decent pop? Is it 100million+ or bust?  My fear is its only say a 50 million award and we tank.  Thoughts?

From my research The tribunal makes the decision on the Arbitration. They write it down in the 2 official languages (English and French) Then its translated to Russian and Kyrgyz (I assume). Then the ...more
