It is my understaning that notice of  arbitration  rulings are sent a week in advance so the company would have known last Tuesday that the arbitration court would disclose its ruling to the parties involved today.
I believe the company issued a press release with this information or it was stated at the AGM. I saw it somewhere.

Insider sells 500000 shares during that time?

I think this is what you are looking for

I dont know maybe he just needed the money? He did get some shares for salary arrears at least twice. With all that's happened over the last 3 years I would be shocked if Stan's lost the case.

So you are thinking the news is going to come out tomorrow morning then after a few hours the halt will be lifted? Making it a one day halt?

Personally I think the market expects Stan's to win. The share price has increased almost 300% since April, there was that spike last week to $0.11  on no news at all and 83,000 shares were traded in the roughly 20 minutes before the halt today moving the price up half a penny.
