RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:HaltedFrom my research The tribunal makes the decision on the Arbitration. They write it down in the 2 official languages (English and French) Then its translated to Russian and Kyrgyz (I assume). Then the report is given to the President of the PCA for approval. If everything is good the PCA will reconvene in the Hague to deliver the award into public record. That is what the 7 day notice is for. I should mention that PCA will email a copy of the award to all parties of interest at the same time as it is read into record.

Bottom line is that this could be a one or two week halt.
