To comment his allegations, I would say - this is simply not truth, he is lying. Even if our Chinese competitors tried to do something like this, they definitely failed. Based on common sense only, we, as a state, would never harm ourselves blocking development of one of the most important resources we have. All those rumors about Chinese were spread by Stans’s management to mask real reasons and to distract investor’s attention. Here is what really happened with Kutessay license. In 2009 Robert Mackeay and Rodny Irwin simply bribed Kurmanbek Bakiev, President of Kyrgyz Republic at that time, or somehow else made him personally interested in Stans business to obtain the license for the deposit. We believe Bakiev’s family is still one of the main shareholder of Stans Energy through some offshore companies.

Please, if you are to accuse people of spreading lies, I would expect you to bring solid proof of what you are saying. Never was there any documents, or any documents, implying wrong doing of stans energy. This is rumors and you are now spreading lies.
