They both responded today.

Rumors are what they are - rumors (and we know about some no good people who is behind them).
I hope to have a good update soon, but as it stands we expecting a reply from OSC with some additional questions (mostly accounting type) to our response to their first request. We should have this letter from the OSC team by the end of this week, and I hope the ball will roll fast from thereon.
You understand that we can not announce "We just got off the phone with OSC and they promised me...."
