Stan's Energy email server must have been temporarily down as I emailed Boris litterally half an hour ago and he just got back to me. I will post his response below

On Feb. 05 we provided OSC with all documents and information they requested, and they went silent on us. I called them twice and got no answer yet. Very strange.

I also sent Boris and Rodney an email. I asked if they could update shareholders because of the delisting rumors. They both responded today. This is from Boris. Rumors are what they are - rumors (and we know about some no good people who is behind them). I hope to have a good update soon, but as it stands we expecting a reply from OSC with some additional questions (mostly accounting type) to our

That's great. So the company is not delisted just suspended because of the CTO. Looks like they are waiting on the OSC. Seems to me the OSC is evaluating the documents and information Stan's Energy sent them on Feb 5 which could be why it has almost been a month with no response from the OSC

Interested to know how much more leniency and compassion you have for these guys. You haven't had access to your money for nearly a year now.
