Interested to know how much more leniency and compassion you have for these guys. You haven't had access to your money for nearly a year now. Do you agree, that regardless of their excuses now, this is just not acceptable.


For the trading - my trading account sits at 100 percent loss. I haven't spoken to the dealer again because I can't be bothered explaining this until it's live again if it does. I have an error code sitting next to them.
