RE:RE:RE:Gross Proceeds of $2.95 Million Raised It is not 10 cents a share. Each warrant entitles the holder to 1/2 share, quit trying to scare the ones that don't do their DD. Each full share costs 20 cents so there should be no real profit taking or pull back.
