Put the pieces together.  Insider selling, while a financing is going on.  I bet the CEO is selling to buy shares in the financing.....probably with a warrant attached.  Company gets more cash, CEO gets more shares.

I got filled at 5.5 cents, I am still confident in the company.  Anyone want to sell me shares cheaper than that?
