Comfortable with McLean's 12%(+) Ibex stakeFirst of all, the main guy at McLeans has an Acturarial background - gotta believe that the "Numbers" have been scoped out to the Nth degree. And would have had to been really good in his mind, or else he would have walked away..
Secondly, Laval is a Biotech hotspot. Plenty of opportunities to do "Due Diligence"on Ibex. A lot of guys around who would know a lot about Ibex, and who would have an opinion about their future prospects ....after all, Ibex is just a couple of miles down the road and they have been around since the 1990's
McLean must be extremely optimistic -not sure of the Driver(s) for the optimism, but I suspect it's very very promising - it would have to be, considering the low liquidity, and the patience that they exercised in building up their stake
