Unique Ibex Ownership Structure2 largest holders = a pair of investment managers :
  Neil Subin controlling 16.5% held by the Miller Family Trust (MILFAM}
  Ian McLaren controlling (as the CEO of McLaren Capital) 12% reported (and still accumulating)

Next is the CEO Paul Baehr, with just under 10%,
And the rest of Management (and Directors) with only a percent or two.

Going forward, there could be all kinds of interesting scenarios...especially if Subin and McLaren get together, eh.
