I agree. After asking around it seems like the reason its being pushed down is due to the PP and so people can accumlate more. Rumor has it that offers are being made with the same individuals doing the PP and I think its to do with financing. Also rumor is that the same guy, Eric Salsberg from Fairfax, took part in the PP aswell which is VERY encouraging.
Just a matter of time and we will be running. Could even wait as little as tomorrow for NR ;)
