3. Share Consolidation
To approve by ordinary resolution a consolidation of the Company’s Common Shares on the basis of up to fifteen (15) pre-consolidation Common Shares for each one (1) post-consolidated Common Share, and that the Board be authorized to effect or abandon the foregoing resolution approving the consolidation without further approval of the shareholders, as more particularly described in the accompanying Information Circular.
