How about 30 50 20 at 400million? 30% for us 50% for INT and 20% for the new investors.400 mill is a pre money valuation so we would get 30% of this by way of common shares. (Not 30% of what INT retains) If the new investors want 20% it would cost them 100 million and this would make Ortsbo with 500 million post money valuation. 100 =20%. Ortsbo would keep this money not INT. Now the 400 million is just an easy number to work with so thats why I used it. Who knows what it will be. The higher the better for me. Also the money for us will be made (initially of course) but after this gets announced because thats when the barrage of hype will make Ortsbo hit the ground running. It`s no secret that the numbers have been held back mysteriously. Another point is.If you want to attract investment you have to make it attractive. Therefore you have to give the new investors a deal so when it becomes trading they have something to look forward to. It`s all good. GLTA
