What is wrong with this stock ?

Silver is $24.91 (almost $25) and IPT keeps dropping.  Why ?

IPT.V is ready to blast off. Majority of junior investors are not sure yet about siver break out. I just added 100K at .185. IPT is as lowest as you can get. The upside is huge from here more than 10 bagger. Hold on your hat.

Bears don't believe because most are mining speculators and miners have not responded to the rally--yet. There is a lot of damage to make up for. You can make riches IF this is the bottom.

I'm in with 160K shares. The Plomosat Zinc mine will add to the silver story.  I'm optimistic!
