Another year, another shareholders meeting

and nothing has been done by this useless owner to explore and develop this property. Every year the owners award themselves more options, diluting the shareholder value. There is a huge resource on this property as the previous owners proved. Yet 10 years have gone by and this fuking management has done nothing to further the property and enhance shareholder value. Even the regulator is now getting suspicious. Why did they raise money and do nothing for 10 years. The property is in the US and the billionaire owner lives in China. Has he forgotten about this property. I encourage every shareholder to file a formal complaint about the CEO and management with the securities commission. Phone, write and be persistent. We deserve some action by the management after 10 years of abandonment. The regulators need to force their hand....NOW.
