Well, it appears magical thinking is back

Well, it appears magical thinking is back anyway you slice it a deal where a small company is under a contractual obligation to buy stuff is bad. It has been the undoing of many. if the failure to buy stuff (software/hardware/support) occurs the penalty will be severe. so at a time when most computer companys and consultantcys are posting losses and warning about future quarters revenue we have little old itemus barely a year old making deals like this. money talks B$ walks. if you had 100 million to spend over 5 years on gak(hardware/software) the computer vendors will polish your shoes. why you have to put together a deal like this is bizzare. well, again the belief that ITM is somehow special seems to be the thinking. the same magical thinkers who were wrong before are still happily applying the same fuzzy logic today. It was amusing at $3 a share and now it is more so at 50 cents a share. maybe because the shareprice is so low that they feel it can only go up from here... well in my opinion ITM is running on fumes... this is not to say itemus is not a good investment only that in my opinion and considering the times we are in it has a very high degree of risk. either profit or a clear path to profit is what makes a good stock pick today. I think itm's path to profit is the proverbial garden path. the more "creative" these deals get the more leery i would be. Good luck with your investment choices. Cheers.
