Two possibilities

Your guess is as good as mine.  As transit time is likely not an issue, they would choose the cheapest, which is likely rail to Portland or some other near west coast port, then ship to the Panama Canal, through the canal and down the east coast of S America to Sao Paulo.  Ship costs are much cheaper than rail.  Otherwise, would likely be rail to Houston, then ship to Sao Paulo.  But who knows.  what is also unclear is whether the whole container will go to Brazil, or just the bags loaded on ships.

I see Lunatic Lonnie Zackra is again showing his lack of comprehension.  Here is the post from Dec 8 suggesting routes to Sao Paulo.  The details about shipping it are all in the JRV feasibility study, but not the exact route, but most people know that Sao Paulo is near the south east coast on the South Atlantic Ocean, so does not take a brain surgeon to take a stab at how it will get to ...more

Yes, we get it.  After Jervois spend millions of dollars to 6 Engineers, Geologists and other mining experts, for a 377 page feasibility study produced over a number of years, it has come down to Lunatic Lonnie Zackra's decision that it is too expensive to ship the concentrate to make the project feasible.

Over a course of years? prices went up 9.6% in November over 6% this year'' we have a supply chain disaster that tis mine is extreemly exposed to, because of  6 engering firms, that never antisipated the exposure of a long supply chain disruption, and the price of fossil fuel going up 30-40%, they did a pi$$ poor risk analysis.  It may have cost a penny more at the time, to build ...more

LOM concentrate  logistics costs are $16 million.    That;s about $1.35 million per annum If you had inflation at 25%, you would add less than $600,000 to the annual concentrate logistics cost.  Immaterial.
