I think we will see major movement soon.....One barometer of developments on a company such as KBG is often what is transpiring with the neighbours.
In the last few weeks I have been making inquiries with other companies that own property close to the KBG properties.
The responses to my inquiries clearly demonstrate that the area land owners are all making significant progress in moving their projects forward.
As we have been informed this week from KBG, they also are making progress in moving the Menary property forward.
Secondly, this morning I had serious conversation with a family member regarding my investment in KBG. We discussed the history of KBG, we discussed the challenges that KBG has faced these last 3 years and we discussed the significance that management has not only stuck around but has accomplished a significant amount with little resources available.
We discussed what is likely to occur in the next 30 to 90 days and we discussed the need to continue evaluating the story carefully over that period. (30 to 90 days)
If you own KBG it is time to pay close attention now...
Not sure how it will play out but am reasonably confident that some developments could occur.
