Who cares, they just raised $12 million near the 52 week high. This was being arranged last week obviously when the price hadn't got to where it is today. and NO warrants. Low share count, just like GBR, means less dilution to shareholders. Now they are fully funded for LOTS of drilling, with Teck's attention.
