It is odd. I cannot remember ever having a stock I owned go up 30% on one day and having no clue as to why. Volume (usually tiny) was up somewhat. . Maybe someone just taking a position. I didn't glance through the trades.

Maybe because it's so cheap and we're in tax loss season would be my guess
