RE:Coming to the final decision

RE:Coming to the final decisionIt will be good to get some progress on this. Does this mean that we will get a decision handed down tomorrow from the judge? Or will we need to wait another month for the official verdict. Either way we must be getting close. If DSM are successful, you would expect the SP to jump up somewhat, the current market cap of $5m is far too cheap for a company with a resource of that size. I don't think it will immediately return to 25-30c range but one can dream I suppose, especially in the current market conditions. Listening to Pierre being interviewed I feel that DSM is on the side of right. They have done all that was expected of them but the Ministry of Mines didn't seem to follow correct processes. But even being right doesn't guarantee a win in court. The judge may side with the Ministry on a technicality or be just plain corrupt or be coerced. Although from what I have read the Namibia justice system seems pretty fair and balanced and the judge handling the case does not seem to have any negative media that I can find anyway. Good luck to DSM, fingers and toes are crossed.
